From design to livability, our current elevated floor plans (Villanova, Rosemont, Belmont, Bryn Mawr) fit seamlessly within Bella Collina’s rolling landscapes and breathtaking lake views. They feature three levels, including an elevator, and a totally customizable flex-space that can be curated directly to the customer’s needs, such as an extra bedroom, office, game room, home gym, or more. Future floor plans and designs will include two-story models with and without a third-floor terrace, and basement/basement garage options.
