You can book directly through our website, call our reservations team, or use trusted online travel platforms.
CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
Yes, depending on your booking rate and cancellation policy. Please refer to your confirmation email or contact us for assistance.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
All room rates require a one night deposit. Every reservation can be cancelled and refunded within 7 days before check-in. The applicable policy will be displayed during booking.
WHAT ARE YOUR CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES?
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
CAN I REQUEST EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT?
Yes, subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
HOW DO I CHECK IN AFTER HOURS?

IS WI-FI AVAILABLE?
Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi in all units as well as public wifi in the lobby areas.

All Hotel guests receive complimentary parking.

Yes, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and essential amenities.
IS THERE FOOD AND BEVERAGE/ROOM SERVICE AVAILABLE?
There is no room service or food and beverage available on site, but all Hotel guests have access to Pranza snack bar and the Clubhouse restaurant located at the main clubhouse.
DO YOU OFFER DAILY HOUSEKEEPING?
We do not offer daily cleanings, but longer length stays will have the option of a free cleaning once a week.
IS THERE A FITNESS CENTER OR SWIMMING POOL?
Yes, guests have access to our fitness center and swimming pool during operating hours.
Is the hotel pet-friendly?
Pets are not permitted within the condominiums. Please contact hotel staff with any questions.
Is smoking allowed?
Our hotel is smoke-free. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
