How many guests can Bella Collina accommodate for a wedding?

Bella Collina can host weddings of up to 170 guests across more than 75,000 square feet of event space. For smaller, more intimate celebrations of up to 50 guests, our Intimate Package is available Monday through Thursday, offering the same luxury experience in a more exclusive setting.

Do you require tours to be scheduled in advance?

Yes, because we are a private residential community and club, visitors must arrange their visit in advance and check in at the front security gate upon arrival. 
Is catering provided in-house, or can we use outside vendors?

Bella Collina’s culinary team provides in-house catering for weddings and events, with menus tailored to your celebration. Outside catering is generally not permitted, though select exceptions may be considered based on specific needs. 

Can we bring our own florists, photographers, and vendors?

Yes. Creative vendors such as DJs, florists, and photographers can be brought in, but they must meet Bella Collina's professional and insurance requirements. For your convenience, we have a curated list of preferred outside vendors.
 
 
Is parking available for wedding guests?

How far in advance should we book our wedding date?

For popular prime dates, especially Saturdays in the spring or fall, luxury venues like this often fill up 18 to 24 months ahead. Booking early gives you the best choice of dates and vendor coordination.
