The Fitness Center has a wide range of exercise choices, equipment and special events chosen to support a fit lifestyle at Bella Collina. All activities are designed to promote a lifestyle in which to enjoy golf, tennis, running the hills, and dancing in the clubhouse. Each Sports member can participate in a complimentary orientation on all equipment and weekly complimentary classes. Fitness Center is available to Sports Members 5:30am – 9:00pm on a daily basis via their member card access at door. Inside is a 2,500 sq foot area of Precor Strength, Life Fitness and Precor cardio equipment, a free weight area, TRX suspension training area and a private aerobic/flexibility room.

  • YOGA

    All levels welcome. Tone and strengthen your body, and relax your mind. The multi-level flow provides a challenge for beginners, intermediate and advanced students in the same class. We will emphasize the fundamentals of yoga while presenting the poses and sequencing the class in a more challenging way.


    Join us for an hour of explosive calorie burning in our Plyometrics, also known as “jump training” or “plyos” class! These are exercises designed for muscles to exert maximum force in short intervals of time, with the goal of increasing power, speed and strength.


    Sweat it out in this strength building, fat-blasting cardio class, designed to sculpt and tone your entire body. Consisting of weights, mountain climbers, karate kicks, speed skaters, flowing yoga poses, and an ab sculpting series, this high-intensity class followed by a calming cool finish will leave you feeling energized and strong. Kick your heart rate into high gear with this non-stop, endorphin-filled hour. Open to all levels.


    If you play tennis, you might be pleasantly surprised at how yoga can transform your game. This ancient discipline can improve your flexibility, strength, and balance    but it also helps you develop greater mind control and focus. Join us for an hour of tennis focused yoga before or after you play!


    Participants will learn the fundamentals about eating healthy and how nutrition can impact health. Enjoy tips for making healthy snack choices, successful grocery shopping, pre and post workout fuel and much more!

    Come see us for one hour of suspension training! Use your own body weight and gravity to work every muscle in your body with the help of one simple tool. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.


    Classes will begin with a warm up and stretching and then move on to various group exercises, partner work and other fun fitness activities that will help kids, in participation with their parents and other children, increase speed, power, agility, balance, teamwork skills,  coordination and mental strength.
