Spa Hours 10:00am to 5:00pm Tuesday- Sunday.
Evenings and weekends are the most requested and busiest times for the spa & salon. It is advised if those are the times that work best for you please book as far in advance as possible. This insures that you get the dates and times that you prefer. This is especially important during all holiday seasons.
Please inform your reservationist if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant as these may affect your appointment. There are a few services that should be avoided during pregnancy, specifically the first trimester, but many that can be enjoyed.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, as well as Member Charges. We are a cashless facility so please, No Cash or Personal Checks. Bella Collina is a private Golf Club and Spa. All members and guests are subject to 20% service charge based on retail value of services rendered.
Cancellations / No Show Policy
To provide better service and open schedules to clients needing an appointment and to be respectful to our service providers, we ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Guests failing to notify at least 24 hours in advance or do not keep a scheduled appointment may be asked to secure their next appointment with a credit card authorization. We ask that you please consider this when booking your appointment. For your convenience all appointments are confirmed by phone prior to service.
If a new guest, please allow extra time to compensate for any traffic. Since we are a private Club, guests will be required to provide identification at the guard gate upon entering the property, once past our gate, it will take approximately 10 minutes to arrive at the spa. Please arrive in spa 15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete paperwork and to best insure your appointment begins on time. Arriving late deprives you of your reserved service time and could result in the service time being abbreviated or a complete rescheduling of your appointment.
Your treatment and treatment time has already been blocked in advance to suit your needs. It is essential that your schedule remains the same in order that we may provide you with the best service.
Prior to your services
Please shave prior to all facial treatments to ensure that maximum results are achieved.
We do not recommend shaving the day of your body treatment or pedicure service.
We recommend that you leave all jewelry and personal belongings in your locker before going into your treatment. Minimal clothing is recommended when receiving massage or body treatments. Disposable undergarments are available upon request. All lockers provide a Bella Collina Robe and slippers for our guest to wear during their stay with us.
We request all cell phones be turned to silent while in spa for the respect of all guests and to fully allow you to enjoy your experience with us. Making phone calls in the spa or treatment areas is not permitted, we kindly request our guest who need to place a call to please refrain until they are able to step out of the spa.
For the protection of your children, the respect of the other guests, and due to certain safety regulations, the spa & salon area is off limits to children without an appointment. Treatment rooms and the Salon are environments filled with sharp instruments and equipment that reach temperatures of 450 degrees, keeping children safe is our first priority. Children under the age of 12 receiving a service must not be left unattended during their visit. This means they must be under the direct supervision of an adult at all times, under no circumstances is the child to be left unattended at any time during their visit.
